Delivery Timeframes
Processing: Once your order is placed, we take between 1 and 3 business days to process it. During the week it is usually one business day, but if you place your order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.
Shipping: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and delivery takes an average of 8 to 12 business days.

Placing an Order
The ordering process at Maison Birch is as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add the item you want to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
It is important to check that you have selected the correct variants (size, colour, etc.). If everything looks good, click "Proceed to Checkout". On the information page, you will need to enter your address details correctly. Please ensure all information is accurate. Once completed, click "Continue to Shipping".
On the "Shipping" page, you can review the address details you entered. Please note that every order ships completely free of charge. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover all shipping and delivery costs. You can then continue by clicking "Continue to Payment".
Payment Options
