Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The order contains all original parts and components, and the packaging arrives in the same condition as the product.
- Normal handling of the product is evident; any damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
- Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
- The product has been found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
A return will be processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, will be officially acknowledged within this period. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged for reasons beyond our control.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to initiate the return process:

Please ensure the email contains the following information:
- Order number.
- Reason for the return request.
- Photo of the product in case of damage.
- Customer's full name.
- Customer's address.
We will contact you and provide you with the return address. Never send the return to the original sender — we will send you the correct address upon your request. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy
The consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision, provided they are a natural person carrying out a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity.
A. Cancellation Clause
Order Cancellation (within 12 hours) — The customer may request cancellation of the order within a maximum of 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, the customer must send an email to info@maisonbirch.ca stating:
- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
If the cancellation is requested within this timeframe and the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Once this 12-hour period has passed, or if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible and the standard return policy will apply.
A1. Cancellation Conditions
Right of Cancellation — The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has received or accepted the last goods.
As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we are unable to interrupt the shipping process until delivery, which means a refund upon receipt of the goods is not possible.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Maison Birch) by means of a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is complete once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.
Note Regarding Shipments in Transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive the goods and then return them to us.
You are of course welcome to notify us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the fastest possible refund, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, with the exception of shipping costs (and with the exception of additional costs resulting from having chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal and receipt of the goods.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged for this refund under any circumstances.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
